Based on true events — In 1969, just days before his tragic assassination, Deputy Chairman Fred Hampton of the Illinois chapter of the Black Panther Party is invited to speak at the University of Saskatchewan by a group of student activists. Determined to challenge the racial bias around them, these students bring Hampton’s Black Panther philosophy to the Great White North!
