Partially based on a Restoration comedy, the new show by Governor General’s Award–winning playwright Erin Shields explores modern dating and online performativity.

Stupid Fucking Bird

Feb 28 - March 19

A sort-of adaptation of The Seagull, this hilarious, heartbreaking, and truthful play looks at unrequited love and emotional misery in a creative, fun way.

March 11 - 25

Inspired by apes, Zen Buddhism, and the music of John Cage, this show, co-created by actor Diego Matamoros, sound designer Richard Feren, and production designer Lorenzo Savoini, is “unlike anything Soulpepper has produced before.”
