Giles Hugo, 73, a photographer, journalist, writer and gay activist, lives in Tasmania. He has had three solo exhibitions in Australia of his street, rock performance, abstract and macro photographs. Prints of his work have sold in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, USA, Mexico, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Africa, and Estonia. He is working on two e-books of his photographs: 'People Under Apartheid' and 'Abstract Truths and Tiny Treasures'.
