Absolutely Nothing of Any Meaning

November 19 - November 22

When Britain’s prime minister, Theresa May, criticized climate action student walkouts as a waste of lesson time, Swedish high school organizer Greta Thunberg tweeted: “That may well be the case. But then again, political leaders have wasted 30 years of inaction. And that is slightly worse.” Why are so many of us guilty of inaction?

Bin Chicken

November 12 - November 26

Inspired by Alyssa Martin’s visit to Sydney, Australia, when she became fascinated with a gaggle of striking white birds, known as “bin chickens” due to their voracious appetite for trash, Bin Chicken looks at the parallels between the lives of these much-maligned birds and the behaviour of the rest of us. Bouncing between dance, theatre, and song, this film will guarantee to show TDT’s dancers in a whole new light.
